All sales are FINAL, items are sold "as is", and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Every effort is made to make sure that the item descriptions detail any blemishes, damages or soiling the items may have upon delivery.
If there was an error on our behalf, we will make every effort to make it right!
If there are any damages due to shipping please make sure to email us with pictures of the package upon arrival, and any damages to the items. All of our packages are insured to cover these mishaps.
